The guided tour lasts about 50 minutes to discover an artistic expression place with falun sculptures.
You will be able to discover a historical site by its extraction of falun and a magical place with contemporary sculptures highlighted.
The rose accompanies you throughout a guided tour in the underground galleries of falun dug for several millennia for several millennia until our time. You discover a complete exhibition of fossils, from the temporary underground refuge to the troglodytic dwelling cave dwellings, an old underground bistro as well as the the highlight of the show "La Sablière", a large gallery dug by the hand of man. Finally, discover a more contemporary part reserved for artists or works that are thus created with the wire of time. This tour will plunge you into the history of this amazing site.

What is a lowland cave house?
A lowland troglodytic house, or cave dwelling as it was called in the past, consists of a central courtyard, or Carrie, from which the stone or sand was extracted.
One descended into the courtyard by a descent, called a courdoire or courdouére.
Around this courtyard, the main element of a troglodytic house on the plain, are the different elements dug into the falun (limestone deposited by the sea during the Miocene period): the dwelling, which is situated in such a way as to receive the sun, and then the other rooms dug according to need: for the pigs, the cows, workshops for storing tools, for the wine press, for storing the barrels, etc...
